Board of Director agendas for future meetings and minutes of past meetings are posted for public information for the purpose of being transparent, honest and accountable with members of the public, stakeholders and donors.

Please note the following:

• meeting schedules are posted at the beginning of the calendar year;

• meeting agendas are posted prior to meetings; and

• meeting minutes are posted following approval.

Additional meetings of the Executive Committee and the Fundraising/Events Committee are held through the year as needed; these are not posted on the website.
