<image:caption>In March, during engagements at the First Ontario Performing Arts Centre, NPCA CAO Leilani Lee-Yates and NPCF Chair Brett Harrington presented David Suzuki with a Comfort Maple pen. Symbolic of Niagara’s natural heritage and the significance of stewardship, the limited-edition gold-tone pen celebrates Dr. Suzuki’s 90th birthday and his decades of environmental activism.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Think Local, Act Local At an event in St. Catharines in March 2026, Dr. David Suzuki, renowned scientist and environmental activist, said the time has come for us to adapt to climate change… to work together within our communities … to Think Local, Act Local. NPCF proudly supports programs to preserve wetlands, forests, and wildlife habitat, and to help connect people to nature so they too are inspired to protect it. Want to help plant more trees, protect more ecologically significant spaces and connect more people to nature? Donations are always welcome. Nature for All, for Always!</image:caption>
